Hey Colby, We are doing a Wuterich Oral argument moot court on Tuesday morning at 0900 E.S.T. with Babu Kaza who will be arguing our issues. I am hoping that you can free up your morning so you can Skype or telephone in. I see this case as being
all about the prejudice Wuterich suffered as a result of his counsel being discharged from active duty. In my mind that means we must argue the facts of our actions and the prejudice that resulted from the Government’s failures. You and I were there and
are best aware of what we did. Having the benefit of your knowledge of the case during this court may be the information that allows Babu to persuade the judges during argument. Please let me know if you can be available.
