LtCol Sullivan,

Thank you. I'm starting on the motion today before I start another contested case tomorrow. However, I would love to have the actual transcript of the motions sessions. As all parties know, I take pretty good notes, but I would love to have the transcript to refer to anyway. Could you have the court reporters just email that to me as soon as they have it?

Thank you.

Thanks your honor for the update,

Please be advised that the transcript of the UCI motion hearing is expected to be completed by end of this week/early next week. I will ensure a copy is provided to the court as soon as practicable

Mr. Faraj,

Yes, as I told everyone during the trial, I will write F of F and C of Law for the ruling I gave regarding the UCI. I came back and was immediately inundated, including a contested trial last week and approximately 3,500 pages of records. So, I'm digging myself out. I have another contested case this week and next week, but still hope to get out the written product this week. If not, next week at the latest. Thank you for your patience. I don't want to rush out a product given the potential stakes involved.

Your honor,

I am writing to inquire as to whether you will be writing findings of fact regarding the 39a hearing we had on February 22-24. If you are, do you have an estimate of when you expect to have them completed?

Vr,

Haytham Faraj, Esq.
