Its not mandatory processing unless there is evidence of wrongful use.

Just found out that CG, SJA, MWHS-3 CO were having a meeting regarding my case at 1500 today. The issue of Adderall and mandatory processing came up in that "evidence was presented at trial [actually the UCI motion] that Capt Wacker had used Adderall."
Will find out more tomorrow.
Do either of you have the mandatory processing for drug use information readily available for me to review? Otherwise I will research on my own.
