Dear all, A quick update- We have confirmed Byblos Banquet Hall for Thursday, May 19th,
2011 for the LIBC 3rd Computer Center Event. Abu Ali booked the hall,
George reconfirmed Mr. Diab as the evening’s keynote speaker, and I put
in the order for a new set of tickets with the May 19th date.
Everything worked out. The only real change is the event getting pushed back
one month. For those who were not able to attend yesterday’s meeting, this
decision made taking into consideration all of the other events happening simultaneously
this month (Hype, Forum and Link, Sadar to name a few). There would have been
a lot of completion making ticket sales much more difficult. This extra month will
give the community a little bit of time to recover financially as well. In
addition we will have more time to promote ensuring the success of the event, as
we do not want it to fail. I will send out an email soon for the next meeting date.
Either next Wednesday or Thursday. Dr. Ned will be at this meeting. Thursday, March 16th, 2011 Meeting

3rd set of tickets. Everything the same just change to the new date. Ø Ticket
