The word "impute" is correct in the opening paragraph, as that is the word
the case law uses.
Also, I could not see what your change was on p.8.

Attached is a draft of our reply brief in support of the motion for summary
judgment. We will be filing this brief today, March 16, but welcome any

At present you will note that the brief is a little over 16 pages. We will
be working this morning to eliminate an extra page to keep the brief within
the 15-page limit.
