Wuterich delay Hi Neal Thanks very much for letting me know. My trial will be starting very soon after that so I may only be able to come along for the first week. Haytham, if you have someone in mind who might be prepared to meet me, I’d be very happy to come over to the US to make that happen. If I could write my own ideal character, it would be a senior NCO, CQB instructor, with substantial combat experience including opposed room entry. I’d be very grateful for any advice you could offer. Wuterich delay Good evening, David, The Wuterich case has been continued once again. The new start date is 27 June 2011. The reason for the delay is the ongoing appellate litigation concerning our client's right to his originally detailed military defense counsel who retired during the pendency of appellate litigation on another issue. Oral arguments are set for 30 March. Given the uncertainty as to the length of time our highest military appeals court may take to rule on the issue, both parties agreed to push back the date of trial. I'll continue to keep you informed. Did my partner, Haytham, hook you up with a CQB expert? V/r, Neal Neal A.
