N, this just in from Micah. The significance of this must be that google analytics looks for the first website to post the info. That must count for points on the ranking.
FYI. I fixed Wacker's rank in the body of the blog. To change it in the title would have "delinked" it from all the SNs where I posted it, and to the news media people that I Emailed the original link to. So I left it as is... The lesson here is to have the basic data about each case available along with the "news update" (i.e. what the judge said or jury decided, along with the charges and the "significance" of this to law).
Next is as success paragraph to post on the P&F Success page. Sooner is better than later.

If you Google "major wacker acquittal" or even just "wacker acquittal", puckettfaraj.com comes up #1, #2, and in the case of "major wacker acquittal" #3. This beats out all the other media outlets running the story as well as wikipedia. Great job on getting the blog post out there so quickly!!!

You are welcome. Haytham just won his case at Camp Pendleton - it's huge!!! He beat the charges of rape and sexual assault and the Major was convicted on a false statement - the jury recommended no punishment, and asked the General Convening Authority to wipe the record clean.
This is huge in military law. I just blogged and sent the link to 30 media news people. It's up on our SNs too...

Hi Micah, one of my friends I play music with is an examiner (of IT stuff) at the Patent and Trade Office and I asked him about patent attorneys. As employees they are prohibited from recommending them but he gave me this link to the list the PTO keeps. This is probably a list that attorneys can join if they ask for it. I'm afraid it doesn't provide you any due diligence on these guys. But you could take a look at their State Bar to see if they have any judgements against them. That would give you an idea of their integrity.
