Counter Party Form Registration and Commitment Letter Request

DLA Energy intends to competitively award one aviation gasoline line item to be delivered on a destination basis to Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar and one diesel line item to be delivered on a destination basis to Jebel Ali. The total estimated quantity of fuel to be delivered for this line item totals 1,020,000USG. This is a three year procurement. Period of performance is 1 August 2011 through 30 July 2014. The Solicitation and Offeror Submission Package documents have been posted on February 7, 2011. Primary point of contact is Caitlin Quinn, 703-767-8458. The Government shall have the right to extend this contract on the same terms and conditions one or more times for a total of no more than six months. Notice of contract extension will be furnished to the Contractor not later than 30 days prior to expiration of the contract ordering period or any extension thereof. Nothing in this clause precludes the contractor from agreeing to an extension of the contract if the DLA ENERGY Contracting Officer fails to issue the notice prior to 30 days before the end of the ordering period.
