Dear team, I am back. Looks like last
meeting went very well. I have reviewed the notes and the last draft of the
ticket; well done. I apologize for any inconvenience due to my absence. Please
let this email serve as a reminder of tonight’s meeting at 6:00pm at the
LIBC office. For those of you that will not
be able to attend tonight, I will personally contact you by phone to get any
new updates so I may inform the rest of the committee of your progress during tonight’s
meeting. In doing so we can be most efficient and productive beginning phase II
