I have attached the new design for our ticket courtesy of Rania. She said the she's not sure of the star locations, so let me know so she can correct it. Also, let me know what you think of the ticket so we can have it ready for the next meeting.
I would also like to ask if we can change the next meeting from Friday the 25th to Monday the 28th at 6pm. It will be difficult for some to make it Friday night. Please consider it and let me know.

Ø To take care of confirming the hall reservation for Friday, April 15th, 2011 at 6:00pm
Ø Price per plate $15.00 or less per person
Ø Sell tables to various organizations in the community
Ø Have Royal Jordanian donate 1-2 airline ticket(s) for our raffle

Ø Work on getting a keynote speaker
Ø Selling sponsorship packages and promotion the event

Ø Printing of tickets and program books
Ø Student ticket sales
Ø Helping to sell tables to various business and organizations

Ø Contacting Best Buy/Costco/Apple to attempt to get an ipad donated or largely discounted for our raffle during the event

Ø Creative touches; personalizing and incorporating the theme and title into the event
In the mean time we can all work on a title for the event. Also, recommendations for a keynote from any member is also welcome. Each person will present and inform us of their progress next meeting.
