Re: FW: US v. Wacker: discovery request



Looks like there were investigative notes/reports sent from Burge to Smith that we were never given. We did request these in the very first discovery request. If the GOV'T didn't provide them in total, this is a gross failure on the part of the TCs. I'm fired up!

As I've said all along the TCs have been trying to mask evidence as what "they" have in their possession, rather than requesting the info from the particular GOV'T employee/agent. This is a bunch of BS!
