- $15 a plate
- Royal Jordanian will not donate airline tickets
Joseph Marouni
- Keynote speaker: New council of Lebanon, Husam Deiab (incorrect spelling)
- Continue working on sponsorship for the event
Hussien Berry
- Ticket prices: 500+100 student tickets = $185 (3 ½ x8 ½ ) or $135 (2 x5 ½ )
- 1000 tickets = $295
- Continue to negotiate ticket prices with print shop (maybe 600 + 100 students tickets for a discount price)
Majed Rizk
- Work on sponsorship flyer
GOLD: $2,500 – Full color page advertisement + table
SILVER: $1,500 – Full black/white page advertisement + table
BRONZE: $1,00 – ½ black/white page advertisement + table
PROFESSIONAL: $500 – 1/3 page advertisement, no table
Other Notes:
- Title: Join the LIBC in launching the 3rd Computer Center in Lebanon (side map of Lebanon, with two stars for the first two centers and a third large star for the new computer center)
- Speak to the manager of Best Buy for sponsorship
- Hold off on broacher until we find at least 5 sponsors
- Next meeting: Friday, February 25, 2011
