Haytham, CAAF just ordered oral argument in the Wuterich case. It is apparently scheduled for 30 March 2011. That probably calls into question the feasibility of the 11 April 2011 start date. Can you please advise on what your schedule looks like in May/ June timeframe? Thanks! Nick
