Gentlemen,

Regarding Dr. Norah Rudin who was approved as a consultant by the convening authority on 27 January 11, I wanted to alert you that she has begun review of the materials in the Wacker case for the set amount that she was authorized, but as far as whether or not there has been a formal contract established between her and the U.S. government, the defense has not taken any steps towards that.

Please let us know if there are any issues for Dr. Rudin continuing work until she has her contract done.
