Let's just remember to include him in our final list.  I made it through the
discovery.  There is substantial evidence in the NCIS statements that
supports the allegations in the charge sheet.  On the other hand there is
plenty of evidence of people that were there who say they saw nothing.  I
have a conference call with your two other counsel tomorrow, Maj Workman and
Capt Baehr.  I will bring you on if you like.

Hey, this is purely coincidental but, my mother just sent a message to my
Yahoo! Webmail account.  In the message she reminded me about Father Devine
(a U.S. Navy Chaplain (Catholic Priest)) who served as General Mattis'
chaplain in 2004.  She reminded me that I was quite close to him, etc...  
He was also bedside, when I was in the SICU (in a Coma) at Scripps, La
Jolla, following the bike wreck.  
Well, this may be a fortuitous thing to remember...  because...
Haytham, if I had done something so heinous, such as murder someone, would
it not be reasonable to assume, that I might have confessed having committed
that act to a priest and/or someone I was quite close to and respected a
great deal?  
Father Devine (yes, that's his real name) is now listed on Page 8 of the
attached, updated version (reference the new Date Time Group (DTG)).

Of course, I'll trust you with this editable Word document/table; but, the
reason I had originally sent out the .PDF version was to mitigate any
'creative editing' someone might think to apply to this Table.  Again, all
content inside of quotation marks is actual, written text from past Fitness
Reports that I have received (e.g., commentary from the specific individual
(C.W.), during the time period wherein I actively interacted with him/her)
-- and, I did not want those comments altered by some type of mischievous
malcontent.
