In the meantime, I've attached some DNA test documents that were tendered to us in discovery (more will be emailed). I recommend reading the Article 32 summary report and charge sheet so that you have an idea of what this case is about before reading the DNA evidence. Gentlemen,
Please find attached the CA's endorsement approving funding for Dr. Norah Rudin as a defense expert-consultant. Should additional funding be necessary, please submit an additional request with specific justification.
In order to expedite the logistical arrangements (DTS, etc.) if Dr. Rudin is granted as a witness in the future, I am willing to have tentative travel arrangements made for her now, as long as it is understood by all parties and Dr. Rudin that making travel arrangements does not commit any additional funding by the government unless and until the additional funding is approved by the Convening Authority.
