Don't you suppose that by its very nature, an appeal of a writ petition denial would be on a fast track at CAAF? Am I missing something here? Govt is going to demand that the court hurry up?

CAAF granted our motion to extend the briefing deadline until 10 February. Now, hopefully, CAAF will grant our motion for access to the sealed exhibits.
This once again proves the wisdom of doing exactly what Mr. DeCicco says to do. :-)
BTW, Keller told me that the government is planning to file some sort of motion with CAAF for expedited consideration of Wuterich.
