Reviewed and approved.  Seems like Judge Jones's language sealing it would authorize you immediate access since the ONLY purpose you'd be seeing it would be in the proper exercise of your appellate duties.  Is that why there was no Code 46 answer to motion to unseal and no CAAF attention either?
