RE: Brief due Monday?
The brief is due Monday. CAAF hasn't yet ruled on our motion to unseal.
Ideally, I'd like to file our brief on Friday, but I'm not sure I'll have it done in time to circulate it and file by then.
Maj Sip, did Code 46 ever file a response to our motion for access?
