	Nothing has shipped since the book on 12/27/10.  I have eighteen outstanding orders with expected shipping dates ranging from 1/25/11 through 12/31/11.  Three of those currently have had price changes that have gone lower than the order price which I have seen and documented. One of those three has had the price change represented in the "My Account" page correctly, it's a newer order for the Incredibles on blu-ray.  It's the first time in a long time that I have seen any price represented correctly in the "My Account" order page.

	The next item that is currently in question ships on February 22.  There are three other orders shipping prior to or on the same day as that one.  One ships 1/25, one on 2/1 and another one on 2/22.

	Did you find out if it matters whether the price changed in my time zone or theirs?  I would guess that they could argue that I didn't see it happen in mine before midnight, but I don't know for sure.  Their refunds only accounted for the price changes prior to that.  That one had a sixteen cent difference that I didn't receive, if I was entitled to it.
