Mr. Faraj, thanks for your call today but I believe the trial conflicts have been resolved as I mentioned today. My employer indicated to me yesterday that the civil case here will be moved back and that I should plan on departing on Sunday as you originally scheduled. I will be available on Monday or Tuesday as needed. I look forward to meeting you and it is my hope that this issue is resolved in Sam's (Essam's) favor.
I spoke to the point of contact that you provided at the USMS office in Jackson, MS today regarding travel planning. She is arranging the flight schedule tomorrow and I should have a confirmation of the flight then. She is also confirming with the office in Detroit regarding the hotel arrangements.
Please resend your list of study items that you send to us all recently. I had a computer issue and lost your email where you listed some items that you requested we familiarize ourselves with such as loyalty, (7 Army Values), etc.
