In addition, I am informing you that D. Robert Smego has been retained by the government as an expert witness and has an agreement with the government to receive $3,500 to compensate him for time spent on trial preparation and the trial itself.  In addition, Mr. Smego has received $3,000 to date for his consulting services on the above captioned case.  Mr. Smego will receive reimbursement for his travel expenses from Iraq to the United States for trial.  Michael Rochford has been retained by the government as an expert witness and has an agreement with the government to receive $8,234 to compensate him for time spent on trial preparation and the trial itself.
