Of Counsel stuff

Sir,

Please see attached amended. It deletes some language under subpara 6. This is a result of a sit down with Masciola, Tamara, and Debra. If you don’t have any objections I would like to forward to Zaid to see if he has any issues and if not move forward or amend as needed. Debra can back brief more on what she spoke with Tamara about but short answer is that they would share as needed and Tamara would serve as of counsel in Fed EE stuff and work to bring cases in the door. We went through the attached and so far this seems amenable to them. We can start with this and adjust accordingly. Standing by for direction.
