Elite Teams and Professionals -- Reckless?

Good morning!

When the Blue Angels fly inches from each other in formation, is that reckless?

When Nascar drivers come so close to each other, are they reckless or negligent?

When I stick a needle into somebody’s radial artery to get arterial pressure monitoring, am I reckless?  I know where the artery is, I know what to do if I miss, I know what to do if there is bleeding.

When a marksman shoots toward a person but not at the person, is that reckless or negligent?  It would be for me, but just holding a loaded weapon may be reckless for me.

I think different standards ought to apply.  It is possible that your client was not endangering anybody when he seemed to aim at civilians; he was saving himself.
