New development!

Frank,
Here's the latest:  The Hutchins issue isn't over yet.  CAAF has vacated (reversed) the NMCCA denial of our Hutchins petition, and ordered them to get the transcript (like we asked) and render a ruling on it (like we asked).  The NMCCA ruling is due back to CAAF by 10 Jan.  Now that's still a full 2 weeks before trial.  What I don't know is whether CAAF can (or will) issue a ruling before 24 Jan.  If they rule against us before 24 Jan, we're still on.  If they rule for us, and/or stay the proceedings, we're in delay mode again.  This does not mean we have won, it simply means that CAAF has spanked NMCCA and told them to do their jobs.  My plan is still to arrive on 16 Jan no matter what happens.  We'll get together that week.
I'll monitor this closely and let you know what's happening.  In the meantime:
Merry Christmas to you and the girls!
Neal
