| Nick, Neal or Haytham are the only two that can get a Bank money order. Haytham is in Lebanon and Neal's two-day trail with LTC Lakin just went to three days and he needs to get to the airport by 1300 to fly to Sicily. Not sure how we are going to do this. When is it needed?
And who are the money orders made out to? Is it 100 to Afghanistan and 250 to Moscow? When is Eric going to Moscow, when is that trip planned?
Please add this to the Firm's office procedures. If at all possible please coordinate ALL charges on the AMEX in excess $2000.00. The 13K trip to Afghanistan now has to be paid on the 27th of December. If the charge had been made today (on the 15th or more of each month) instead of last week, the bill wouldn't be due until 27 Jan. By that time we could have gotten the reimbursable expense from the clients and preserved cash flow for two months. We are still in a CASH FLOW game every month.
