a heads up that we are running out of condos for you to rent in 2011. The
holiday weekend was very busy for rentals.

for the heads up, Neal. The problem in the bathroom is due to some kind
of back up from the main line into the sink, which spilled over onto the
floor. We came over and put the rugs and towels in the washer and
notified the owners.
They'll
take over from here re: pursuing repairs from the Homeowners Association of
that complex.
I'm
hoping everything will be back in order by the end of December.
Where do
you want me to send your refund from G-116?

Just
disregard how the ceiling looks in 804-11 for now! The complex number
(804) is located on the blue fence next to the driveway, since there a few blue
and white buildings near there.
We just
got a Thanksgiving rental for Unit G-116 checking in on the 23rd. So we
will be able to give you a partial refund. To whom should I make the
check payable and where do you want it mailed?
Please
drop your keys off in the Drop Box located in front of the Homeowners
Office. Please DO NOT take your keys to the Patrol Office.

Nili,
Either Haytham or I will check it out by this weekend and get right back
to you. We're inclined to take it based on the photos and description.
I'm coming back to town and will be vacating G-116 for good on Tues
morning (23rd). I'll have all the linen in laundry baskets and all trash
emptied. We'll leave it in neat condition. Should I drop off the
keys at the guard house if I leave before the office opens?

I went over to check on 804-11 Strand today. It is cleaned and presentable.
The ceiling in the living room needs to be repaired from the leak during the
last storm. It will be a relatively quick repair, once the exterior
painting of the complex has been completed and the rain gutters are back
up. Just bad timing for that particular project.
So...That being said. I'm not sure
what your schedule is like, so please feel free to go over and look at the
condo at your leisure. The complex is called 804 North Strand.
It is about 1/2 block from North Coast Village on The Strand as you walk towards the pier. The complex is
small, three story, with a white and blue Cape Cod
exterior. 804-11 is on the second floor on the left side as you face the
complex from the street. The front gate code is Star 5327 (*5327).
Be sure to hit the star key before the numbers. There is a lock box on
the front door of #11...One of the condo numbers has been knocked off during
painting and is on the concrete below the other "1." =(
The lock box combo is 8041. There is a
key inside so you can let your self into the condo. If you prefer for me
to be there, please let me know and we'll try to work out a time that works for
both of us. Please remember to put the key back in the lockbox if you go
to look at the condo without me. Feel free to call or e-mail with any
questions.
