Gentlemen, I was speaking with the manpower officer about PCA/PCS orders and he said that I should have been given PCS orders (low/no cost) to 3d MAW. I don't remember what type of orders they were, but PCA is only supposed to be used for intra-command transfers. I just wanted to note that commands were not supposed to transfer those with suspended clearances as of September 2009 (see MARADMIN 533-10).
