| H, please have Mariam copy Nick and I on ALL EMails -- we cannot support the clients properly if she is dealing with them and we know nothing of it. Is Esparza responding to you sending him the letter you rewrote? Did you copy Nick on I on that so we can put the signed letter in his file on the SERVER?
Did Mariam write back and tell him we did receive the $100? Did she know that? The receipts for all payments are on the Server and in TMs. How can I better assist in the communications that we as a Firm are so lacking? I don't want us to appear like we aren't talking to each other and thus causing frustration with the clients. (As Esparza noted below - wondering why she needed the information and him assuming it was in order to maybe send him his receipt for the last payment???)
It also appears Mariam's computer date/time group is ahead by at least a day. Unless she is overseas and Emailing?

I am looking at approximately 5100 hundred dollars coming in which I was not counting on. I will send that immediately to the Law Firm. I sent a payment of 100 dollars a few weeks ago.
