We'll try to re-rent the condo, so we can give you a refund.  I'll Cc Mike on this e-mail so he can see what we have left available.  We only have a few two bedroom condos still available for mid-January to mid-February.  It's one of our most popular times of year for snowbird rentals.  We can offer you the same discounted rate in G-116 if you're interested in renting that condo again, since it's still open and we know the owners are agreeable to giving you a lower rate.

 

The other condos available are:

 

Unit D-31  Hunter's Hideaway  Ground level beachfront cottage, awesome ocean views.  $3,000/mo + $165 long-term cleaning fee

 

Unit E-113 Villa Santorini.  First floor corner condo, ocean view.  $2,600/mo + cleaning.

 

Unit E-213 Mojo Beach Condo.  Second floor corner condo, full ocean view.  $2,600/mo + cleaning.

 

 

Unit F-311 Pacific Sunsets and Whitewater Views.  Third floor two story, harbor & ocean view.   $2,600/mo + cleaning.

 

Unit  G-7  Co-Z Beach Cottage.  Ground level garden view cottage condo.  $1,900/mo + cleaning.   Washer & dryer in condo.

 

 

We also have 2 very nice condos available for monthly rentals at a smaller gated complex on The Strand, 1/2 block from North Coast Village:

 

Unit 804-10 Strand: Tri level, 1800 sq ft, washer and dryer in condo, ocean view, two reserved parking spaces.  $2,400/mo + $175 long-term cleaning fee.

 

Unit 804-11 Strand: Tri level, 1800 sq ft, washer and dryer in condo, ocean view, two reserved parking spaces.  Completely remodeled and gorgeous, executive rental.  $2,800/mo + $175 long-term cleaning fee.

Nili,

Good morning!

Looks like we'll definitely be out of G-116 by 22 Nov.  Thought I'd let you know so you can make it available to someone else, perhaps for Thanksgiving weekend.  We know that we have paid for the whole month and that unless you are able to rent it, there is no refund.  Not to worry.  But if you are able to get another tenant, we certainly would appreciate it!

Can we discuss which units may be available beginning mid Jan running through mid Feb?  Would be seeking a similarly excellent rate for a month of rent even though it won't be an exact "calendar" month, if you can.  Doesn't have to be G-116, but we'd still need 2 BR/2 bath and a kitchen.

We also have a referral for another associate who'd like to bring his family out during that same period.  His name is Mike Epstein and I have copied him on this email.  Please communicate with him directly about what dates he might need.
