Mr. Faraj, I believe you are referring to the Vega case the week of 15 Nov. Have you discussed the status of that case with the TC? I know that the 1 Nov Vega motions hearing fell out due to Wuterich - those motions will have to be litigated prior to trial. Do you believe the Vega case will still be going to trial the week of 15 Nov? Perhaps the Vega motions could be litigated the week of 15 Nov and the trial down the road. I imagine that would free up two days the week of 15 Nov to litigate the Scarselli motion. The defense has further requested the production of witnesses who are scattered between Okinawa and Kentucky and did not provide any contact information for these individuals. It will likely take the rest of the week to determine their availability, especially considering that two if not three of the individuals are civilians who were fired for misconduct, and may not have either local addresses or have left forwarding information.
