RE: SSgt Vega



Sir,

Capt Boyer gave me two motions after the motions due date.  To my knowledge they have not been filed with the court.  I will object to any late filed motions.  

Recommend checking with the Court to see if those motions were filed and if the Court will entertain late motions and another 39(a) date.  If so, I am available 8 or 9 Nov.
