Haytham,
That’s
all I have. You can use the same thing for the client’s own insurance. You are
still arguing for the damages and have to tell that story. From:
Haytham Faraj [mailto:haytham@puckettfaraj.com] Thanks
for sharing this with me. I will of course keep it confidential.
Would you send a similar demand letter to a client’s own insurer.
Michigan is a no-fault state. My client was injured in a serious
automobile accident. She was not at fault. Nonetheless, it is her
own insurance company that must be pay or be sued. Thanks
again From:
Pajman Jassim [mailto:pjassim@jassimlaw.com] Here you
go. Don’t share this with anyone, as it is confidential thanks. See you soon From:
Pajman Jassim [mailto:pajmanj@gmail.com] ---------- Forwarded
message ---------- Hey Pajman, Would you please
send me the documents you talked about. I’m looking for the demand letter
and other documents that you use to demand payment of settlement from an
insurer. Thanks bro. See
you next week. Haytham Faraj, Esq.
