Marquese paid the security deposit yesterday in the amount of
$1595. I still don?t have the lease from you. He will owe prorated rent for the period of 4-30 November.
The total amount due will be $1435.50. Please also collect $300 as a
non-refundable pet deposit. The total will be $1735.50. Please keep all receipts for any repairs and maintenance.
