| H, Pamela has a contract from 2008 that I don't have a copy of that states $5000 and infers FLAT FEE. You need to talk to her. Her question is why she owes $3000.00 when she should only pay $2500.00. Here's the audit I just did on the case: Attached his HER copy of the contract that I do NOT have. The UNSIGNED copies I have are dated 29Aug08 and DO NOT have a total cost, only a request for a fee advance of $2500.00. August 2008 - rcv'd $2500 End of 2008 - Inv for 647.50 work done in 2008, balance transferred to 2009 = 1852.50 23 Jun 09: Inv for 1981.00, balance (128.50) 1 Sep 09: Inv #430 for $430, balance due (558.50) 7Sep09: Payment of $558.50, balance zero 4Oct10: Inv #420 in the amount of $665.00 you charged to set up the Board hearing 4 Oct 10: Sent billing stating pay $3000.00 to cover the $665 and the board hearing fee on 29November10. Total Billed: $3723.50 ; Total Paid: $3058.50 (difference is the $665 billed in October 2010) Does NOT include the board hearing scheduled for 29 November 10 OH by the way: Pamela said you will meet her on Sunday at the office on 28 Nov. I was not aware of that, neither was Nick. Please coordinate a weekend use of the office with Nick (oh, and it is the Thanksgiving weekend too). Remember there is no air/heating on the weekends. Please find out what else needs to be coordinated with the building. Nick is the keeper of that knowledge.
