Shirts…we need to re-issue shirt to the Boss as the other's
won't be ready in time…long story short answer. I have an extra shirt for
Debra. Thanks for putting this together. Attorneys: I propose that I stand post all day Friday and I will be there
Sunday morning until 1300. This would leave three 3 hr time slots for Saturday

Team, attached. I just gathered as much info as
possible from various EMails to define the work required starting either
Thursday afternoon (set up) or Friday morning (start of the health fair) until
approximately 1600 on Sunday. Neal and I are headed to San Diego for the Wuterich trial on
Sunday 31 Oct. We must leave the Marathon NLT 1130 on Sunday, leaving the
rest of the race and the cleanup/tear down for others. I have the banner (6 foot) and the display table posters.
Nick has the weebees and we'll gather it all together. I'm volunteering
Neal and me to get it to the Convention Center for set up. Please sign up
for blocks of time. This is a 10 hour day on Friday and Saturday.
Race day starts at 0700 and is a 9 hour day at a minimum. Remember: THE ADVERTIZEMENT for the LAW FIRM
Participation is that we are providing consultations in the booth. Means
we need at least one Attorney on duty at all times... ERIC: Shirts???? For Debra, Neal (size M)???? HAYTHAM: Don't forget to bring your P&F Shirt.
