I just gathered as much info as possible from various EMails to define the work required starting either Thursday afternoon (set up) or Friday morning (start of the health fair) until approximately 1600 on Sunday. Neal and I are headed to San Diego for the Wuterich trial on Sunday 31 Oct. We must leave the Marathon NLT 1130 on Sunday, leaving the rest of the race and the cleanup/tear down for others. I have the banner (6 foot) and the display table posters. Nick has the weebees and we'll gather it all together. I'm volunteering Neal and me to get it to the Convention Center for set up. Please sign up for blocks of time. This is a 10 hour day on Friday and Saturday. Race day starts at 0700 and is a 9 hour day at a minimum.
