RE: Ruling on Motion

At least his timing is good in the sense that it'll give us a chance to work on a petition for extraordinary relief and request for a stay over the weekend. There doesn't seem to be any reason it couldn't be ready to file on Monday.

There's also an NMCCA opinion criticizing rulings by e-mail. That might help as well. I'll find it and circulate it.

Haytham, we should talk today about division of labor.

Dwight

Dwight,
Don't think NMCCA can do much with an email.

Advice?
My guess is:
1: Respectfully request he issue is written ruling immediately or ASAP
2: Request a continuance thereafter for the writ

It's now a relaxing Fri evening for Judge Jones. He's waited many weeks just to tell us he'll tell us at trial.
Now we have to engage in rectal BASE jumping?

S/f,
Neal
