Dr. Thornton's report

Maj Gannon,
My sincere apologies.  Haytham left me a voice mail last night asking me to forward you this report.  I wish you had alerted us sooner.  I thought it had already been forwarded to you by a member of our team back when we received it.  I take responsibility for failing to ensure it was accomplished.  That was not our intent.  I think you already have his CV but I will forward it again by separate email.
Attached please find the only expert report prepared for the Wuterich defense team.  There are no others.
Dr. Thornton will be a witness for the defense.  He has indicated that due to past problems, he will not accept government arrangements for transportation, but will be traveling by automobile when required.
Mr. Haag will not be a witness or require transportation to the trial.
We will not be calling Dr. Baden to testify and will not require his presence for trial.
Mr. Gripp will probably be in attendance from San Diego but also will not require transportation.  Mr. Gripp did not prepare a report.
