I think you already have his CV but I will forward it again by separate email. Attached please find the only expert report prepared for the Wuterich defense team. There are no others. Dr. Thornton will be a witness for the defense. He has indicated that due to past problems, he will not accept government arrangements for transportation, but will be traveling by automobile when required. Mr. Haag will not be a witness or require transportation to the trial. We will not be calling Dr. Baden to testify and will not require his presence for trial.
