Government Counsel: At the last 39a session, evidence in support of the government response to the defense UCI motion indicated that that two proposed government remedies 1) a letter from the CA and 2) selection of members from outside the command had been contemplated but not yet implemented. It is important for my ruling to receive evidence regarding the status of these two proposed remedies.
