Re: Wuterich trial

Luke,
You are correct, Sir.  I am tardy in getting notice to you, but we had filed a motion that could result in the case being set back again.  We've been anticipating a ruling "any day now" for about 3 weeks.  I apologize for the delay.  But in reviewing our case strategy it appears that we will not be needing your expertise in the Wuterich defense.
Hope you have a great weekend,
Neal

Luke Haag here.

I am assuming at this date that you decided not to have me attend or testify in this trial.
I would like to take this file back off my lab computer and return it to storage.
Please advise.
