| Meridith, Not sure about Crossan. He was the severely injured WIA at the IED. Just back from Okinawa. Judge Jones is way behind on all of his work. Our motion is still in the queue. Said he'd work it over the long weekend. Would not be surprised if we got a ruling early next week, but no guarantee from him. Can you interview Crossan and get his recollections? Perhaps he can be a defense witness by having heard something from someone else, like an admission. But I'm not sure he ever returned to the unit. Neal Neal A.
