Rowe, U.S. Marine Corps, on or about 7 November 2009, in a public place, to wit: the Marine Corps Ball, was drunk and disorderly while in uniform, to the disgrace of the armed forces. The latest speaks specifically to both the Sheraton Hotel and Raoul's. Haytham and I discussed the addition of the dismissal of charges with prejudice upon retirement or discharge. While we both agree it makes zero sense (unless they are planning to prefer charges at a later time following NJP), I did agree to the addition of that stipulation. I have both PTAs on my desk. The latest forwarded by you Capt Hur and one I amended with the above charge. In any case, I had to correct my name in both instances (actually all instances Carlos vice Carolos).
