what has been discussed for some time. I will own 51% of the entity and those
interested parties will own equal shares of the remainder. This is related to
the laws governing service disabled veteran owned businesses and my status. This
entity will also seek TS/SCI certification and minority status. A law firm in
DC will incorporate the business in Delaware as this will provide the best business
environment for taxes, growth, and international business. I have already
identified a firm who will draft solicitations. Please respond with interest.
Once I determine how many have an interest I can indicate the “cost of entry”
