I never thought that I also would be seeing out great lawyers to defend me for something like this. (I thought it would be for lesser crimes like auto theft, larceny...joking :)
I would love to meet any day you are available next week. I do not have many commitments that are more important than this issue in my life. Tuesday is a scheduled Hearing for the Motion of de limine. Without the Writ being filed with ACCA yet (for reasons I am not pleased about), it seems Tuesday will proceed at this time.
I started discussions with another law practice, and they have been reviewing documents and will be letting me know of a decision to possibly assist me this coming week. If you would like me to forward the same material to you, or if that affects our discussion, please let me know.
