RE: Wylde motion delay

Mr. Faraj,

Your request is granted - please file as soon as possible. Thank you for the email.

Capt Day,

Take as much time as needed to respond, but please ensure the MJ has sufficient time to digest prior to the motions session.

Subject: Wylde motion delay

Your honor,

I was working on another motion in the Wylde case that I intended to file last night. As I was editing last night my compute decided to do an automatic upgrade. In my haste to stop the upgrade I hit cancel rather than save and lost most of my work. I request another until close of business tomorrow to file. I have to be in state court this morning and cannot get to it until this evening and tomorrow. Motions in this case are scheduled for Oct 1. I will have no objection to the Prosecution taking extra days to respond.

Vr,

Haytham Faraj, Esq.

PUCKETT & FARAJ, PC
