Have her give you her EO complaint. It's an interesting read. There appears to be some serious misconduct by the CMC and some of the other Chiefs at the top. I believe her allegations because the same kind of misconduct took place in Natividad's case. That doesn't mean that I don't think NJP is a good deal, but it makes the Government going forward difficult. If this case goes to trial I will have a reporter from Navy Times in the audience during the portion when we go into the misconduct of the CMC and the command's oppressive tactics. Something doesn't pass the smell test at RTC under this CMC. We have talked to numerous witnesses. Today we're calling her fellow RDCs. I'll let you know what they say. Open to your ideas. It also contains her record of counseling. I can fax it to you if you want. How are things going with her on your end? I have her coming into my office on Tuesday.
