Looks like more delay. Maybe as much as 6 weeks. Just found out one hour ago that Mike Maloney had some kind of serious injury that prevents his travel so Maj Gannon is requesting delay on phone with judge at 4 pm tomorrow. Can we meet tomorrow afternoon so I can see what we have?
