Mr. Faraj,
Thank you for the update. The Judge is available on Thursday, August 26 for
a conference call any time between 12:00 and 5:30 p.m. Please let me know
if that will work and the names and numbers of the participants on the
call.

Dear Ms. Hamilton:
Hereâs the latest update on the case of 3D v. MVM Inc. We have been in
mediation over the last few months. After the last mediation session, the
parties agreed to work together to seek an alternative resolution. As of
this date we have not been able to make any progress to that end. We will
continue to try and resolve the matter through alternative means but I
suspect that we may be at an impasse. Please advise when the Judge will be
available to have a telephonic conference call to discuss the way ahead. I
am unavailable until August 23rd.
