Tune in for the LIVE broadcast of the 2010 Miss Universe Pageant from Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The pageant is presented by Farouk Systems, Makers of CHI and BioSilk and will air on NBC and Telemundo at 9-11PM ET on Monday, August 23, 2010.

Chamber members are invited to a free fun-filled wellness event hosted by HAP. The event takes place Thursday, September 23, 8 to 11 a.m. at the HAP Tower 14 Conference Center (5th floor), 21700 Northwestern Highway, Southfield. Featured speaker Zonya Foco, R.D. -nutrition expert, author and television host - will share practical tips on Excelling at Your Career Without Undermining Your Health.
Enjoy a healthy cooking demonstration by Chef Paul Penney - as seen on the Fox 2 Morning Show, chair massage, blood pressure screening and Wii Fit™ demonstrations. A light breakfast will also be served.
"A company's fiscal health is linked to the physical health of its employees," says Jamie Spriet, HAP vice president, Business Development. More Michigan businesses are encouraging a culture of wellness in the workplace, and watching waistlines as a key to their bottom lines."
